NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Physical Therapy Practice has received the petition for declaratory statement from Joseane Estrela Stacy, filed on June 13, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Rule 64B17-3.003, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
