    The Florida Department of Law Enforcement announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: July 14, 2016, 1:00 p.m.

    PLACE: The Ocala Hilton, 3600 SW 36th Avenue, Ocala, Florida

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Domestic Security Oversight Council will conduct a quarterly meeting to provide direction and recommendations with respect to terrorism prevention, preparation, protection, mitigation, and response and recovery initiatives by state and local agencies. At 1:00 p.m. ET, the full council will hold an “open” meeting. All Council members and interested personnel may attend the meeting. At the conclusion of the full meeting, the Domestic Security Oversight Council will hold its “closed” meeting to address domestic security initiatives and intelligence updates.
