NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42, No. 62, March 30, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The incorporated Model Protocol for HIV Counseling and Testing in Health Care Settings in Rule 64D-2.004 is being revised to add statutory language regarding notification in health care settings and update the effective date. In addition, the rule text is being amended as follows.

(5) Pursuant to Section 381.004(7), F.S., the Department of Health developed the Model Protocol for HIV Counseling and Testing In Health Care Settings, dated August 1, 2016 August 1, 2015, and the Model Protocol for HIV Counseling and Testing In Non-Health Care Settings, dated August 1, 2015, consistent with the provisions of this section and incorporates these documents by reference in this rule.
