Final Order No. DEO-16-116
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-16-116 on July 7, 2016, in response to an application submitted by Neighborhood A, Placido Bayou Homeowners Association, Inc., for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order denied the application for covenant revitalization after determining that it did not meet the statutory requirements as the Association did not provide a verified copy of the Articles of Incorporation, violating Section 720.406(1)(b), Florida Statutes.
