NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on June 28, 2010, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48.020(2)(a) and subsection 67-48.020(3), F.A.C., from Homestead III Associates, LTD. The petition is seeking a waiver of the required annual fixed interest payment for loan financing provided through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (“HOME Program”).
