61B-85.001Filing Reporting Information.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Chapter 2013-218, Laws of Florida, created a new subsection 720.303(13), Florida Statutes, which requires homeowner associations to report certain information to the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes. This rule amendment is for the purpose of implementing the new law and creating a form for homeowner associations to use to report the required information to the division.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rule amendment addresses the reporting of homeowner association information to the division.
