NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 26, 2014, the Board of Psychology received a petition for waiver of Rule 64B19-11.005, F.A.C., filed by Janina Brodsky Brandt, Psy.D., requesting a waiver of the requirement that “all applicants for licensure must complete at least 2,000 hours of post doctoral experience under a supervisor whose supervision comports with subsection (3) of this rule…” such that Petitioner’s APA accredited internship at Jacobi Medical Center and her doctoral fellowship at The Counseling and Personal Development Center at Pace University is sufficient to meet the rule requirement.
