NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 1, 2014, the Board of Physical Therapy Practice received a petition for variance or waiver of Rule 64B17- 3.003, F.A.C., filed by Bini Sathish Thomas, PT, MSA, DPT, requesting a variance or waiver of the rule provision that applicants for licensure by endorsement may demonstrate minimum qualifications for licensure by submitting a certified copy of a credential evaluation which uses the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy Coursework Evaluation Tool.  The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for August 8, 2014.
