NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 29, 2015, the Department of Health received a petition for Variance/Waiver from Marie J Johnston seeking a variance of Subsections 64B21-500.005(2) and 64B21-500.011(4), F.A.C. The Petitioner requests that the Florida Department of Health, Office of School Psychology, accept hours of supervised experience completed in another state as well as verification of her completion of the examination requirement from the National Association of School Psychologists. Any interested person or other agency may submit written comments on the petition for a variance or waiver to the person listed below within 14 days after this notice.
