PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To amend the rule language to reflect the change to section 561.42, Florida Statutes, as amended by chapter 2018-135, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Chapter 2018-135, Laws of Florida, amends section 561.42, Florida Statutes, and allows distributors to provide branded glassware at no cost to vendors, within certain parameters. The updated rule will reflect the statutory change.
