Notice is hereby given that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Neelam Uppal, M.D., on July 8, 2019. The Petitioner challenges the validity and the constitutionality of the Board’s Order entered in this matter on January 8, 2015. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for Friday, August 2, 2019. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
