NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 22, 2020, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subsection 65C-15.017(3), Florida Administrative Code, from Youth and Family Alternatives, Inc., and Subrina Badman, assigned Case No. 20-014W. Subsection 65C-15.017(3), F.A.C., states that agency staff responsible for performing casework services shall have a bachelor’s degree in social work or related area of study of a master’s degree in social work or a related area of study from an accredited college or university. Related areas of study include those listed in subsection (2), above.
