NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on July 17, 2008, the Board of Medicine, received a petition for Variance or Waiver submitted by Terri L. Hartsfield, seeking a permanent waiver or variance from subsection 64B8-52.003(5), F.A.C., with regard to the restriction on the number of home study hours permitted for the purposes of continuing education.
