Petitioner, Underwriters Laboratories, acting as a Product Validation Entity, seeks clarification of its obligations under Chapter 9B-72, F.A.C., specifically as to the Administration Validation Checklist adopted pursuant thereto. It has been assigned the number DCA08-DEC-204.
