GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Docket No. 070691-TP – Complaint and request for emergency relief against Verizon Florida, LLC for anticompetitive behavior in violation of Sections 364.01(4), 364.3381 and 364.10, F.S., and for failure to facilitate transfer of customers’ numbers to Bright House Networks Information Services (Florida), LLC, and its affiliate, Bright House Networks, LLC.

Docket No. 080036-TP – Complaint and request for emergency relief against Verizon Florida, L.L.C. for anticompetitive behavior in violation of Sections 364.01(4), 364.3381 and 364.10, F.S., and for failure to facilitate transfer of customers’ numbers to Comcast Phone of Florida, L.L.C. d/b/a Comcast Digital Phone. The purpose of this prehearing is to consider (1) the simplification of the issues; (2) the identification of the positions of the parties on these issues; (3) the possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; (4) the identification of the exhibits; (5) the establishment of an order of witnesses; and (6) such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action. If settlement of the case or a named storm or other disaster requires cancellation of the proceedings, Commission staff will attempt to give timely direct notice to the parties.
