NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 24, 2013, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Cape Morris Cove II Partners, L.L.L.P., of paragraph 67-48.010(8)(a), Florida Administrative Code, to seek a waiver or variance from the requirement to maintain its accounting records and audited financial statements on a calendar year basis ending December 31.
