    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 30, 2013, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for University of Florida. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1g, Section 101.2b and ASME 17.3, Section 2.2.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code that requires equipment prohibited in machine rooms, enclosures and application of code. Any interested person may file comments within 5 days of the publication of this notice with Mark Boutin, Bureau of Elevator Safety, 1940 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-1013 (VW2013-251).
