Final Order, DEO-14-099
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity issued Final Order No. DEO-14-099 on July 29, 2014, in response to applications submitted by Carrollwood Springs: Units I, II, and III for covenant revitalization under Chapter 720, Part III, Florida Statutes.
The Department’s Final Order granted the application for covenant revitalization after determining that the application met the statutory requirements for covenant revitalization.
