(1) No change.

(2) The assistant secretary for health services designates mental health treatment facilities at the following institutions:

(a) Lake Correctional Institution (males); and

(b) Florida Women’s Reception Center (females). Zephyrhills Correctional Institution (males); and

(c) Broward Correctional Institution (females).
