NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following change has been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1, FS, published in Vol. 41, No. 44, of the March 5, 2015, issue of the Florida Administrative Register and the changes published in Vol. 41/203, of the October 19, 2015, Vol. 41/226, of the November 20, 2015, and Vol. 42/105, of the May 31, 2016 Florida Administrative Registered. The change is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated June 13, 2016. The change is as follows:

Form BPR-0009-454, “Application for Permit,” effective January 2015, reference to the requirement for the promoter to sign under penalty of perjury shall be removed from the application form.
