    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 31, 2017, the Board of Chiropractic Medicine received a petition for a variance filed by Paul Powers, DC. Petitioner is seeking a variance of paragraphs 64B2-13.004(3)(b) and (c), F.A.C, which require that all online continuing education courses use the Sharable Content Objective Reference Model for security purposes, and allow only the attendee’s registered computer to be used for the course.
