NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Children and Families has received the petition for declaratory statement from The Reform Congregation of Weston, Inc., d/b/a Temple Dor Dorim, a Florida not for profit corporation. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 65C-22.001(6), Florida Administrative Code, and Section 2.5.5. of the Child Care Facility Handbook as it applies to the petitioner.

In particular, Petitioner seeks a declaration whether child aged 4-years, are required to comply with Section 2.5.5 of the Child Care Facility Handbook when on a school bus.
