PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update and prescribe the procedures governing the adoption of instructional materials for use by Florida school districts for the 2019-20 adoption and beyond. Anticipated changes include incorporating the agency’s existing criteria for substitutions of instructional materials, an assurance the materials do not include common core standards and forms for publishers to use.
