- This new rule moves requirements relating to the use of online educational services by students and parents and relating to third-party agreements from Rule 6A-1.0955. Those requirements have also been updated to ensure districts and charter schools review online educational services for compliance with Section 1006.1494, F.S., and to provide transparency for parents regarding use of student information.
