    67-48.002Definitions

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 30, 2024, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of the 2022 Qualified Allocation Plan's Requirement for Returning Housing Credit Allocations and subsection 67-48.002(96), F.A.C. (7/6/22) from Roseland Gardens, LLLP, waiving application of the FAC Rule and the 2022 QAP Requirement in connection with the Petitioner, the Development and the 2023 CAA; allowing the immediate return of the Petitioner's Current Tax Credits back to the Corporation; allocating new Housing Credits (year 2024 or later) to the Petitioner in the same annual amount equal to the Petitioner's Current Tax Credits; granting an extension of the Ten Percent Test Deadline relative to the new Housing Credits (year 2024 or later) and granting extensions to deadlines set forth int he 2023 CAA relative to the new Housing Credits (year 2024 or later).

The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
