    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Committee meeting to be held in the morning. A special luncheon presentation will be given by Dr. Arthur C. Nelson, Director of the Metropolitan Institute at Virginia Tech followed by a public workshop. Dr. Nelson will present new research indicating the magnitude of future development issues facing the region. Pre-registration is required to attend luncheon.
