SUMMARY: The Florida Lottery will pay Florida Lottery retailers a $.30 sales commission for each GROUPER® transaction sold during the GROUPER® promotional period of August 10, 2015, through October 11, 2015.

53ER15-48 GROUPER® Retailer Sales Commission.

Beginning August 10, 2015, through October 11, 2015, (“Promotion Period’) the Florida Lottery will pay Florida Lottery retailers a $.30 sales commission for each GROUPER® transaction sold during the Promotion Period. The $.30 sales commission includes the five percent sales commission set forth in Rule 53ER13-46 on the purchase price of the $1.00 FLORIDA LOTTO® ticket, the $2.00 FANTASY 5® with EZmatch™ ticket, the $1.00 CASH™ Straight/Box ticket, the $1.00 PLAY 4™ Straight/Box ticket, and a five percent sales commission on the FREE $1.00 LUCKY MONEY™ ticket included in the GROUPER® transaction.
