    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Brian Miller. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of subsection 61G4-12.011(16), F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner petition, filed July 11, 2017, seeks a determination from the Board regarding whether a swimming pool contractor can install and replace electrical wiring circuits or is a licensed electrician required. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
