The FLORIDA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION announces a Special Commission Conference in the following docket, to which all interested persons are invited.

SPECIAL COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: As the Governor of the State of Florida has declared a state of
emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Commission must limit the manner in which the public may
participate or view the Conference. As always, the public may view a live stream of the Conference online using the
link available at http://www.floridapsc.com/Conferences/AudioVideoEventCoverage. Due to these extraordinary
circumstances, however, no member of the public may attend in person. Any interested person who would like to
participate telephonically on any item on the Conference agenda should contact the Office of General Counsel at
(850)413-6199 no later than 12:00 Noon on August 17, 2020. Interested persons may also file written comments in the applicable docket file for all matters to be taken up by the Commission, except any post-hearing recommendation.
Any written comments must be filed no later than 12:00 Noon on August 17, 2020.
