NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following corrections have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 119, June 20, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The correction is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated June 24, 2016. The correction is as follows:
The $ was inadvertently left out and appears below:
61G2-3.001(b) When the re-examination is not conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 455.2171, F.S., $250.00 payable to the Department. When the re-examination is conducted by a professional testing service pursuant to Section 455.2171, F.S., $239.50 payable the Department plus $10.50 payable to the testing service.
