REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ): The Department of Management Services, Division of Real Estate Development and Management, request qualifications for licensed general contractors, to submit for Construction Management at Risk services on the following project:
Project Number: BPPM-17025000
Project Name: Lake City Correctional Facility Roof Replacement
Project Location: Lake City, Florida
Estimated Construction Budget: Construction budget is expected to be approximately $5,300,000.00. Current funding is $1,100,000.00 with additional funding contingent upon future appropriation by the Legislature.
