    6A-14.064College Credit Dual Enrollment

    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement the provisions of the dual enrollment program pursuant to section 1007.271, Florida Statutes. The purpose of this amendment will be to incorporate new language authorizing Florida College System institutions to use alternative placement methods in lieu of or in addition to a common placement test when determining student eligibility to participate in dual enrollment, pursuant to section 1008.30, Florida Statutes. Additionally, this amendment will remove reference to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges per section 1008.47, Florida Statutes, and remove an obsolete reference to FACTS.org, per section 1006.73, Florida Statutes.
