53ER11-41 Replacement of Obsolete Emergency Rules.

The following Department of the Lottery emergency rules relating to Lottery games, promotions, retailer programs, prize payment, and Lottery personnel are being replaced because the games, promotions or programs have concluded or the provisions of the rule are obsolete.
