62-711.500:Waste Tire Site Notification and Requirements

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 12, 2013, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for a variance from certain Department rules regarding a permitted waste tire processing facility located in Dixie County, Florida. The petitioner, Anthony Fraccalvieri on behalf of Dixie Waste Services, LLC, has requested a variance from par subsection 62-711.500(3)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that proof of financial assurance for closure be submitted to the Department as part of the permit application for the facility.
