    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In an effort to increase the level of accountability in the cost certification process associated with the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, Florida Housing Finance Corporation has revised the cost certification process, forms and instructions. The primary revision is the addition of a General Contractor Cost Certification (GCCC) to provide greater accountability for those costs reflected on the Development Final Cost Certification (DFCC). The two cost certifications, (GCCC and DFCC), will become the Final Cost Certification Application Package (FCCAP). The purpose of this workshop is to discuss the draft FCCAP with interested parties. A draft of the FCCAP is available at http://apps.floridahousing.org/StandAlone/FHFC_ECM/ContentPage.aspx?PAGE=0171.
