NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Financial Services, Division of State Fire Marshal has received the petition for declaratory statement from Concord Management, Limited on August 1, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of NFPA 101:7.10.1.5.1, 2009 Edition, as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petition seeks an official determination of whether the use of exit signs in the apartment building’s breezeway is required.
