    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Cosmetology has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Diana Richardson on July 10, 2014 [DS-2014-094]. Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of subsections 61G5-22.015(1) and 22.017(1)-(2), F.A.C., regarding whether a conflict exists between the two rules. The Board will consider this petition at its meeting currently scheduled for September 4, 2014. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
