NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 12, 2014, the Florida Department of Health received a petition for emergency waiver from Bruce Stowe, representing Roth Global Plastics, Inc. Specifically, the petitioner seeks a waiver from paragraph 64E-6.013(2)(a), Florida Administrative Code, which requires all receptacle-stiffening members to be a homogeneous integral part of the structure.
