NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 44 No. 74, April 16, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
(Substantial rewording of Rule 69K-30.001 in proposed rule. See Florida Administrative Code for present text.)
A Notice of Change was published in Vol. 44, No. 135, of the July 12, 2018, issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated July 10, 2018, and a meeting of the Board on August 2, 2018. The changes are as follows:

(1) through (5) No change.
(6) Based upon consideration of the following aggravating and mitigating factors, the board may impose disciplinary action other than the penalties recommended herein:
(a) through (j) No change.
(k) Related violations against a license in another state including findings of guilt or innocence, penalties imposed and penalties served; and
(l) Penalties imposed for related offenses under these guidelines.; and
(m) Any other aggravating and mitigating circumstances.
(7) through (11) No change.
