NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 29, 2009, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from A17.3, Section 3.11.3 and 2.7.4, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner, Caxambas Tower Condominium Association, Inc., and location of 1036 S. Collier Blvd., Marco Island, FL 34145 SNs 26345 and 26346, requests the variance for time extension to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
