  • NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has declined to rule on the petition for declaratory statement filed by Arthur Alston and Mary Alston, Unit Owners, In Re: Indian Pines Village Condominium Association, Inc., on March 24, 2009. The following is a summary of the agency's declination of the petition:
    The division may not issue a statement where the facts complained of have already occurred; or where the facts are disputed; or where the rights of persons who are not parties to the proceeding would be affected; or where the division did not receive a full current copy of the governing documents.
