The Florida Department of Juvenile Justice has posted one revised policy for review and comment on MyFlorida.com at: http://www.djj.state.fl.us/policies_procedures/policyreview.html.
Internet Access and Use (FDJJ-1205.40) This revised policy defines the scope of use for the Departments Internet services and establishes guidelines for both unacceptable, prohibited use and permissible limited personal use of the Departments Internet resources.
The policy is posted for a single 20 working day review and comment period, with the closure date for submission of comments on the policy of September 11, 2009. Responses to comments received will be posted during the review period to the extent possible, but no later than 10 working days after the end of the review period on the above Website.
