NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Medicine has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of David R. Baldinger, M.D., on August 13, 2013. The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement from the Board with regard to Section 458.331, Florida Statutes, as it relates to the current restriction on the Petitioner’s license and the proposed speaker’s contract by a pharmaceutical company to conduct training programs for local physicians, for which Petitioner will receive a speaking fee.
