NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 30, 2015, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, received a petition for waiver of Florida Administrative Code Rule 61A-3.039, F.A.C., (VW 2015-189) from Publix Super Markets, Inc. The Petitioner is seeking to waive the requirement that all grocery store employees must be 18 years of age or older when the alcoholic beverage license held by the grocery store permits the sale of alcoholic beverages for on-premises consumption.
