BID MANAUL RELEASE – AUGUST 21, 2018
The Bid Manual includes the scope of work clarifications per package, Instructions for Bidders, the Bid Form and all other forms required to submit a bid for the UCF Downtown Academic Commons, and any other pertinent information for this bid.
On September 4, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., Skanska USA Building Inc. will be accepting bids for the Hardscape, Landscape, Underground Chilled Water Mains and Underground Telecommunications Ductbank
Bid shall be delivered by hand in a sealed envelope to: UCF Center for Emerging Media Security Desk, c/o Skanska USA Building Inc., 500 W Livingston, Orlando, FL 32801
Bid must be hand deliver to the Skanska representative on site at the UCF Center for Emerging Media Security Desk located inside 500 West Livingston, Orlando, FL 32801 between 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. September 4, 2018.
If the Bid is sent by mail or Fed Ex, the sealed enveloped shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation “SEALED BID ENCLOSED” on the face thereof.
Punctual bids will be publicly opened promptly at 2:00 p.m. on September 4, 2018 at the UCF Downtown/Dr. Phillips Academic Commons Skanska jobsite trailer, 486 Livingston St., Orlando, FL 32801
Bidding Documents may be examined through Box.com after contacting Skanska for access.
The Deadline to Submit Pre-Bid RFIs is Tuesday, August 28, 2018, 2:00 p.m.
