NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 6, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiving out-of-service requirements for 4300 Ravenswood, LLC, located at 4300 Ravenswood Road, Dania Beach, Florida 33312, in Broward County, which was published on April 11, 2018, in the Florida Administrative Register. No waiver/variance was issued. The petition was assigned File No. DWM FACID 06/8622379 and OGC File No. 18-0192.

On August 9, 2018, the petitioner withdrew the request for waiving out-of-service requirements for 4300 Ravenswood LLC.
