PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Agency is amending this rule in response to the amendment of section 400.9935, F.S.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The renewal of health care clinic exemption certificates.

RULEMAKING AUTHORITY: 400.9925 FS.
