NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 10, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraphs 67-48.004(3)(i) and (j), F.A.C., from Lofts at La Villa 2, Ltd. requesting a waiver to reduce the Total Set-Aside Percentage from 81.6% to approximately 60.1% and to increase the total number of units in the Development from 98 to 133.
