NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Economic Opportunity has received the petition for declaratory statement from Michael and Michele McNair. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of DEO Determination Number 18078 as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioners petitioned the Department seeking a declaratory statement be issued determining that DEO Determination Number 18078, which approved the revitalization of the Grande Lagoon Ranches Association's Declaration of Covenants, does not apply to their property.
