NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 44 No. 155, August 9, 2018 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
SUMMARY OF STATEMENT OF ESTIMATED REGULATORY COSTS AND LEGISLATIVE RATIFICATION is corrected to read as follows: The Agency has determined that this will have an adverse impact on small business or likely increase directly or indirectly regulatory costs in excess of $200,000 in the aggregate within one year after the implementation of the rule. A SERC has been prepared by the Agency.
The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: Pursuant to section 381.986(17), Florida Statutes, rules adopted before July 1, 2019 are not subject to section 120.541(3), Florida Statutes.
The hearing location for the scheduled hearing on August 17, 2018 was noticed incorrectly. The hearing will take place at 4025 Esplanade (not Bald Cypress) Way, Room 301, Tallahassee, Florida 32399.
